Superhouse
Two long stone walls define the composition, cradling timber-clad volumes with distinct functions. At ground level, service spaces, kitchen, staff areas, spa and gym frame an expansive open-plan living room. Floor-to-ceiling glazing slides away to erase boundaries between indoors and out, while deep overhangs provide shade and comfort.
A double-height gallery anchors the home, integrating the client’s art into daily life. At its center, a circular sunken lounge with a suspended fireplace connects the low horizontal form to the soaring void above.
The upper floor spans between the ground-level wings, containing a master suite and guest rooms linked by an art-lined gallery. A secluded study turns inward to protect valuable works and create focus.
Outside, a 50-metre infinity pool merges visually with the horizon. Stone and timber terraces shift in character — dining near the kitchen, spa-like lounging at the pool — with yacht-inspired storage hidden below. A walkway leads to a private jetty for direct sea access.
Built with yacht-level precision and fully off-grid, Superhouse combines timeless materials, refined detail, and intuitive luxury.
