Curation is where a vision becomes reality. After defining the brief and selecting the creative team, we as the owner’s representatives step in to guide the entire design process on behalf of our clients.

We coordinate the work of world-class architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and specialist makers, often based in different corners of the globe, to ensure every decision stays true to the client’s vision. Our role is to simplify what is normally complex and time-consuming, giving clients confidence that their project is progressing with accuracy, efficiency and care.

We manage the creative development from first sketches through concept design, schematic design stage, design development, final design and detailed drawings with the Architect of Record and then sign-off. Before approval, we review every element with the client to ensure total satisfaction and avoid late-stage changes. We liaise directly with local authorities early in the process so permits are anticipated and not delayed.

As we approach the construction phase, we take responsibility for finding and securing the right constructor. We prepare and distribute detailed bid sets, visit past projects to assess quality, and hold rigorous conversations with each contractor to confirm that nothing is omitted, downgraded or misunderstood. Pricing is reviewed line by line to ensure transparency and value. Only the most capable general contractors are presented to the client, who should visit completed work with us and make an informed, confident choice.
