In 2010, at the culmination of a career spanning consumer products, designer furniture, luxury yachts, and residential developments, IMaestri founder, Neil Radnall, was invited to visit the Houses at Sagaponac.

Experiencing architectural design at this level, spaces that each lift the spirit in different ways inspired him to commit his life to bringing architecture and design of this quality to life. The next 15 years were spent developing relationships with the world’s leading architects and designers, curating a private collection of over 200 buildable concepts that represent the forefront of modern residential design. This is the IMaestri Signature Collection. 

But there is a consistent challenge in a development at this level: even with vision, budget and access to talent, clients are often still forced to compromise. The traditional process is fragmented with each discipline working in relative isolation, which often leads to change orders, budget breaches and timeframe extensions.

Through our thorough consulting process, we help clients articulate what the home should express, through curation we lead the design and development process as their representative, ensuring clarity, cohesion and excellence from first brief to final handover.
